In the synchronised swimming technical event, Stephanie Chen & Crystal Yap took the silver with a score of 72.750 points. Malaysia won the gold with 76.125 points and Indonesia the bronze with 70.5 points.
Singapore's 8-member squad also captured the bronze in the team technical event scoring 70.375 points to share the medal with Indonesia. Malaysia won the gold (74.75) and Thailand the bronze (70.75)
